S T A F F   Senior Pastor: Steve Dastic Steve and Hoen Dastic have been part of the Santa Maria Vineyard since it's beginning days in 1985. They were involved in all aspects of ministry with the church and served as elders throughout the years. In 1998 Steve became the senior pastor of the church. Steve's heart is to equip and release leaders in the Body of Christ. He works together with many pastors and leaders throughout the central coast of California encouraging unity in the Body of Christ. Steve and his wife Hoen work together pastoring the Santa Maria Vineyard. Hoen has a heart to mentor and disciple women in the church and her prophetic, intercessory, and hospitality ministry, serve to be a blessing to the Body of Christ. Steve and Hoen have two sons, Nathan and Jeremy, who are passionately following the Lord and attend Azusa Pacific University.   Associate Pastor: Rick Taylor Rick and Lori Taylor have been part of the Santa Maria Vineyard since 1992. They serve as directors of the Healing Rooms of the Santa Maria Valley, and have a passion to both see the sick healed and to see the Church operate fully in the healing power of God. When not praying for the sick in Santa Maria, they travel around the United States, and internationally, spreading their contagious zeal through Healing Rooms Training Seminars. Rick and Lori have been married since 1978 and have four sons - Billy, Chad, Ricky, and Aaron   Associate Pastor: Kirk Schauer Kirk and Denise Schauer have been part of the Santa Maria Vineyard since 1989. Kirk serves as director of the Seeds of Hope International Partnerships which serves to train, and equip Christians preparing for short and long term missionary trips, and directs, facilitates and oversees the coordination of practical resources used to bless communities in developing countries. All Santa Maria Vineyard missions activities are directed and coordinated by Kirk and the Seeds of Hope ministry. Kirk and Denise have two daughters - Erin and Anna.   Worship Pastor: Kevin Elling Kevin and Theresa Elling have been a part of the Santa Maria Vineyard since 1988. Kevin directs, leads, and pastors the three worship teams at the Santa Maria Vineyard. He is also a gifted and prolific songwriter and has produced a number of worship CDs. Kevin works part time at the church and also owns a chiropractic business in Santa Maria. Kevin and Theresa have six children - Caleb, Rachel, Abigail, Michaela, Joanna, and Naomi.   Youth Leader/Facilitator: Denise Schauer Denise Schauer leads and facilitates our youth ministry for Junior High, High School and college aged young people at the Santa Maria Vineyard. Denise's desire is that our youth at the Santa Maria Vineyard would become passionate lovers and worshippers of God, full of the power of the Holy Spirit and trained, equipped and released to reveal God's incredible love, glory and power to the world in their everyday lives. Denise's love and passion for God is infectious to all.   Secretary/Administrative Assistant: Mona Breidenstein Mona Breidenstein has been the church secretary and administrative assistant since 1995. She is in the office from 9:00 PM - 3:00 PM Tuesday through Friday. Mona and her husband John have two children - Gabriel and Michael
