Senior Pastors: Steve and Hoen Dastic
Steve and Hoen Dastic have been part of the Santa Maria Vineyard since it's beginning days in 1985. They were involved in all aspects of ministry with the church and served as elders throughout the years. In 1998 Steve became the senior pastor of the church. Steve's heart is to equip and release leaders in the Body of Christ. He works together with many pastors and leaders throughout the central coast of California encouraging unity in the Body of Christ. Steve and his wife Hoen work together pastoring the Santa Maria Vineyard. Hoen has a heart to mentor and disciple women in the church and her prophetic, intercessory, and hospitality ministry, serve to be a blessing to the Body of Christ. Steve and Hoen have two sons, Nathan and Jeremy, who are passionately following the Lord and live and work in Southern California.
Associate Pastor: Steve Felton
Steve and Fatima moved to the central coast in 2002, from Kansas City, MO, where they helped plant and pastor a church in Mid-town KC, called Hope Center.  They’ve actively ministered on the central coast since they arrived.   Steve’s passion is to connect people with the God who is really there.  His desire is to see the whole body of Christ worship and serve on the same sheet of music, no matter what their denominational background.  Together with Fatima, they are led of the Holy Spirit to encourage, equip and resource followers of Christ so that they can know what Jesus knew and can do what Jesus did.  Steve and Fatima have been married for twenty-three years, have one son, Nick, who is married to Laura.  Together they have one son, Paulo.  They also live with Fatima’s parents, along with Nick, Laura and Paulo in Nipomo.
Director of the Healing Rooms of SMV: Rick & Lori Taylor
Rick and Lori Taylor have been part of the Santa Maria Vineyard since 1992. They serve as directors of the Healing Rooms of the Santa Maria Valley, and have a passion to both see the sick healed and to see the Church operate fully in the healing power of God. When not praying for the sick in Santa Maria, they travel around the United States, and internationally, spreading their contagious zeal through Healing Rooms Training Seminars. Rick and Lori have been married since 1978 and have four sons - Billy, Chad, Ricky, and Aaron
Director of Seeds of Hope International Partnerships: Kirk Schauer
Kirk and Denise Schauer have been part of the Santa Maria Vineyard since 1989. Kirk serves as director of the Seeds of Hope International Partnerships (S.H.I.P.) which serves to train, and equip Christians preparing for short and long term missionary trips, and directs, facilitates and oversees the coordination of practical resources used to bless communities in developing countries. The Schauer family now spends most of their year in Zambia directing the mission of S.H.I.P. in Africa.   Kirk and Denise have three daughters – Erin, Anna, and Halleigh.
Worship Leader: Caleb Elling
Caleb Elling has served as worship leader for the Santa Maria Vineyard’s three worship teams since 2006.    Caleb is a very passionate and gifted worship leader and musician and has a heart to release and equip others in the area of worship. 
Youth Leader/Facilitator: Grant & Camille Nordwall, Luke Hawkins
Grant and Camille Nordwall head up our Tuesday night youth and young adult meetings. Luke Hawkins has been leading our Friday night F.L.O.C. since late 2006. This trio is enthusiastic to see God’s heartbeat fully expressed in this generation. Our youth and young adult ministry focuses on fostering ardent worship, practical Bible teaching and genuine community that spills out into the streets.
